Style Store specializes in products across multiple categories , including watches, jewellery, technology, audio, music & vinyl, sunglasses, fragrances, make up & skin care, sustainable mobility, books, fashion accessories and lifestyle.

Challenge

Fanplayr provides Style Store with a full suite of ecommerce services that enable the client to successfully segment different kinds of customers based on their browsing behaviours and also deliver against specific onsite KPIs such as: increase in conversion rate and incremental AOV. The services Fanplayr provide include: on-site segmentation, email collection, web push notifications and product recommendations.

In the last 6 months, Fanplayr targeted only 6% of total visits but generated 19% of total orders, whilst also delivering an AOV 44% higher than the site wide AOV. Additionally, using Email Collection and Web Push Notifications, Fanplayr is able to help the client build a pool of users that proactively accept to receive direct communication from Style Store outside the website.
